CDS is equipped to produce concrete in near limitless forms and finishes and nearly any shape or color. The premium concrete can be finished from the roughest of finishes to a smooth, glass-like surface. CDS can use concrete to match any texture you specify and can also match any Benjamin Moore or Pantone swatch using our automated mixing processes. With these types of infinite possibilities, there really is not a lot we cannot do.

DURABILITY
Technological advances have elevated concrete’s durability and weight standards to new heights. Premium concrete now is applicable for both interior and exterior use and, because of its structural integrity and PSI strength, it can be designed for either load bearing or lightweight applications. Our products can withstand everything from exposure to inclimate weather to the wear and tear of daily business that you may require. Carefully chosen sealers can also enhance the finish, strength, and life of our product depending on your intended use. Precast concrete is resistant to mildew, mold, corrosion, fade and it is impervious to insects and rodents.

SUSTAINABILITY
CDS concrete is 100 percent recyclable and comprised of recycled materials. Precast concrete can enhance the sustainability of any project as the raw materials are procured locally and the thermal mass properties require less energy consumption to heat or cool a space.  CDS is dedicated to sustainable business and manufacturing practices and recycles waste material from the coal and metal industries to create a high- performance cement substitute, saving an estimated 10 tons of cement annually. This substitute increases the overall compressive strength of our concrete and reuses products that would otherwise go to landfills. In addition, CDS replaces up to 50 percent of our aggregate with recycled glass and over 95% of our raw materials come from regional or local sources.
